Someone please tell me how we can have Homeland Security, FBI, CIA, NSA and still have a Terrorist who traveled to and from the worst Terrorist hotbeds in the world 3 times and he not be on the radar, no fly list or any other list. One of the big problems of 9/11 was the intelligence community not cooperating and sharing info to stop these things. 15 years later, same old same old after pledges to get their act together. Vote for Hilliary and we will get another couple hundred thousand admitted without vetting.
It promotes competition amongst gov agencies. where one agency may be incompetent, another may be only partially incompetent or barely competent. Where all are ineffective it leaves the door open to creation of another new agency thus protecting Americans even further.
