I thought there was a Statute of Limitation that would apply to a suit of this type. I guess I should go back in my family history and dig up any and all wrongs and file suit now. Seems like the only fair thing to do after all.
Funny as hell that Joe Lieberman fought the Tribe from getting Federal recognition while he was in Congress, but now is on their legal team….white man sucks the life out of the Natives

Well Jax Agent possession is 9/10th of the law. And I would guess that they did in fact at one time possess the land in question.
As to the free loader comment I would state that they are just part of the entitled class in this country that some in congress seem to think is such a great idea to have. The United States Government is the true free loaders with all of the draconian regulations and transfer of wealth.
