U.S. Agency Sues New York’s Estee Lauder Companies Over Parental Leave Policy

    This issue would go away if businesses relabeled the leave. It would be something like 4-6 weeks paid medical leave (to allow for physical recovery from giving birth) for women and 2 weeks paid bonding leave being giving to both women and men.

    It is nice of Estee Lauder to allow males PAID time off of 2 weeks to bond with their kid. If a male wants more time, let it be unpaid (and see if he still wants to sit home). The EEOC needs a TRUMP adjustment.

    Another classic example of no good deed going unpunished. Although the complaint is technically legitimate people will whine about anything for a pay day.
