Rogers & Gray Insurance, a South Dennis, Mass.-headquartered insurance agency, has hired Erin Schaaf as the company’s new chief operating officer.
Schaaf brings nearly three decades of experience in the insurance industry to the position.
Most recently, she served at Arbella Mutual, where she held various leadership roles in personal lines products, underwriting and fraud detection. Prior to joining Rogers & Gray, she served as assistant vice president of personal lines product, helping to set strategy for Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Rogers & Gray President and CEO David Robinson said in a company press release that Schaaf’s experience in both independent agencies and insurance companies will help lead Rogers & Gray to new levels.
Through a team of more than 160 insurance professionals, the agency helps manage risk through a consultative approach designed to protect personal insurance, business insurance and employee benefits clientele throughout the U.S.
