NSM Insurance Group, a Conshohocken, Penn.-based insurance program administrator, has hired Marc Castellucci as chief operating officer.
Castellucci has spent several years in a variety of claims leadership roles, most recently as the vice president of claims for American Family Insurance since May, 2014. Prior to American Family, he was senior vice president for personal lines claims with Liberty Mutual, which he first joined in 2005.
