I wonder if any of these fakes were part of the 95 million sitting on the sideline the prior 8 years. By the way, they, along with their attorney’s and compliant doctors should all be sent to general population for at least 10 years.
I read this article and laughed about the $31.7M Fraud Scheme.
I would venture a guess and say phony trips and falls cost the insurance industry in NYC over $1,000,000,000 annually. I have several Bronx real estate property owners (residential apartments) who have trip and fall claim tenants with low life lawyers, doctors, etc… who all play the fraud game and get away with it because of the Bronx court system! No one cares to fight the system and it goes on and on and on, year after year after year….it is an absolute joke.
Not a word spoken about our corrupt legal system in NY that allow and even encourages claims to feed the litigation machine they have so brazenly built (with help of lawmakers).
I belive that they shoud go to jail for the maximum 20 years take all the money that they have stole plus fines and let them died in jail the low lifes
