Rogers & Gray Insurance has opened a new office in Quincy, Mass., to accommodate its growth. This represents the 10th office for the Massachusetts-based company, which serves clients in all fifty states.
“This was a logical next step in our strategic growth,” said Michael Robinson, chairman of Rogers & Gray, in a company press release. “Not only will it make us more accessible to clients in the Boston-area, but it will help us recruit new talent. We have an ambitious recruiting strategy for the next five years where we expect to add hundreds of jobs. This move will allow us to draw from the diverse pool of talented college graduates and executives in the Boston area.”
Several team members from the company’s Kingston, Mass., headquarters will relocate to the new space with an emphasis on serving real estate, lending and financial service partners.
Rogers & Gray Insurance offers integrated solutions for business and personal clients through homeowners, auto, business and employee benefit programs.
