I’ll second that experience shouldn’t matter with regard to employment decisions. Frankly, there should be a single universally mandated wage regardless of experience, schooling or occupation. Why should a government employee earn more than a similar private sector employee? Why should a doctor earn more than a stock clerk. One wage I say!
