XS Brokers, a Quincy, Mass.-based independent wholesale insurance underwriting brokerage service provider, has promoted Sean McVicker to division leader of Brokerage Casualty.
Previously, McVicker served as assistant vice president at XS Brokers. In his new role, he will play a key role in carrier management, national client growth, enhancement of best practices as well as attraction and cultivation of talent.
Casualty insurance is a key practice area within the XS Specialty Brokerage Unit, the full-service wholesale brokerage arm of XS Brokers focused on property and casualty, environmental, professional and workers’ compensation.
