    Seems like common sense approach. I am normally not in favor of more regulation, but this seems reasonable

      I agree with Agent that this regulation is good.

      What do limos need?
      More seat belts!
      Where do they need them?
      In the front and rear seats!

      (Yes, I know there was a CDL piece too, but I can’t make that into a ‘witty’ protest chant)

      Well, he did instinctively want to ban them then must have realized, “how will I get to any of the functions I go to?” There are a lot of good limo operators in NY, no need to throw them out with the bath water.
