Relation Insurance Services, a national insurance agency based in California, has acquired the assets of New York-based Ginsberg Agency, the company announced Thursday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ginsberg specializes in commercial lines, particularly the construction industry, as well as personal lines in New York. The agency has offices in Oceanside, New York. Johnathan Ginsberg will continue working with the agency.
Relation has been ranked by the Insurance Journal in the top 30 largest agencies in the U.S., and has some 1,100 employees.
