Union Bay Acquisition, a new aggregator of insurance agencies agent based in Princeton, New Jersey, reports it has acquired Farrell Insurance Associates Inc. of Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
Terms were not disclosed.
Jerry Farrell, who founded Farrell Insurance Associates in 1996, has joined the board and the Farrell staff is now part of Union Bay Risk Advisors, a property/casualty insurance agency owned by Union Bay Acquisition.
Union Bay Acquisition is interested in acquiring other small insurance agencies in the Northeast and Midwest, according to Douglas M. Polley, chairman.
