Jason Bertoldi has joined Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, as global team leader, litigation and contingent risk insurance. Bertoldi assists clients in obtaining bespoke contingent risk insurance policies and structuring transactions that incorporate insurance policies as investment collateral.
Bertoldi previously worked on the litigation investing team at the D. E. Shaw group. Bertoldi is a former litigator at Susman Godfrey L.L.P. and a former law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
