
The governing committee of the Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts (AIB) appointed William H. Scully as president. Scully served as interim president succeeding Kim A. Barber who retired in April 2024.
Scully has been with the AIB since August 2000 serving as interim president since May 1, 2024, and vice president, chief actuary since 2020. He also manages the AIB Vehicle Rating Group program. He previously served as an actuary for two national insurance companies.
