Siry Joins Patriot Growth Insurance Services as COO

Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC, headquartered in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, appointed Darryl Siry as chief operating officer (COO).

Siry has over 25 years of experience leading technology, operations and growth initiatives across the insurance and fintech sectors. Most recently, Siry served as chief operating officer of Cover Whale, a digital trucking MGA. Before that, he was executive vice president and global chief technology officer at SiriusPoint and chief technology and operations officer at ProSight Specialty Insurance.

Siry will partner with Patriot’s executive team, regional leadership, and agency stakeholders to support continued growth.

Starkweather & Shepley Names Zito to the Employee Benefits Team

Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc., headquartered in East Providence, Rhode Island, hired John Zito as an account executive on the employee benefits team.

Zito supports clients across a range of industries, helping them navigate employee benefits, compliance requirements, and workforce well-being initiatives. He most recently served as an employee benefits producer at Hilb Group and previously served as a consumer direct mortgage loan officer at Citizens. He will work with Starkweather & Shepley’s established employee benefits team to enhance the firm’s advisory and consultative services.
