Patriot Growth Insurance Services, headquartered in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, appointed Tom Rogers as chief sales officer.

Rogers leads Patriot’s sales strategy and new-business growth initiatives, focusing on producer performance, sales infrastructure, and long-term, sustainable growth across the organization.

Rogers has 20 years of experience spanning agency leadership, sales strategy, risk management, and operational execution. Most recently, he served as CEO at FBinsure, a Patriot partner agency, where he also served as chief growth officer.

Alliant Adds Lowe in Maine

Sheila Lowe joined California-based Alliant Insurance Services as a producer within its employee benefits group. Based in Portland, Maine, Lowe will work with clients across the Northeast region to design benefits programs .

Lowe joins Alliant with 28 years of customer service and leadership experience in the Maine marketplace. She works with small to mid-sized organizations.
