Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Group (SHAIG) announced the acquisition of Einstein Insurance Inc., an aviation insurance agency based in New Castle, Delaware,
Einstein Insurance Inc. became part of Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Agency, a division of SHAIG, on January 1, 2026,
Dennis Einstein, founder of Einstein Insurance Inc., will continue with the firm following the acquisition, along with Salli Schoening. As part of the integration, Jessica Petrecz has joined SHAIG as an account executive and to help serve Einstein Insurance clients.
“This acquisition reflects our disciplined approach to growth and succession,” said David B. Hampson, president of SHAIG. The acquisition is SHAIG’s seventh and strengthens its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region.
SHAIGH is a family-owned and operated aviation insurance specialty brokerage licensed in all 50 states. It is based in North Hampton, New Hampshire, with another office in Bedford, Massachusetts. The firm serves aircraft owners, charter operators, flight schools, airports, and aviation-related businesses nationwide and is recognized as the largest independent aviation insurance brokerage in the Northeast.
