The Bermuda-based Everest Re Group, Ltd. has announced that Larry A. Frakes, President of its subsidiary, Everest National Insurance Company, has notified the Company of his retirement.
Commenting on Mr. Frakes’ decision, CEO Joseph V. Taranto stated: “We are grateful to Larry for his significant contributions to the Company over the years. He has been instrumental in developing our strong insurance operation and has positioned us well as we move into 2007. We wish him all the best.”
Everest said Thomas J. Gallagher, Group President and COO, would manage the operation while the Company seeks a replacement.
