This is the first time in Bangladesh Oxfam initiated such unique project which was financed by SDC.But due to Swiss Re this project was possible to implement.I was the focal person of the project and faced many challenges during the implementation period.One important thing is that it created hope for the vulnerable people living in the flood plane areas of the country.
