Argo Group International Holdings Ltd., the Bermuda-based underwriter of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, announced that Alex Hindson has been appointed as chief risk officer.
Hindson joins Argo Group from Amlin AG where he served as chief risk officer for the company’s Bermuda and Zurich operations. Previously, he held a number of key leadership roles in risk management at Amlin plc, Aon Global Risk Consulting and AstraZeneca.
