The Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers (ABIR) announced that following the results of a special election to fill a vacancy, Kevin O’Donnell, President and CEO of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd., was elected First Deputy Chair and Brian Duperreault, Hamilton Insurance Group CEO, was elected Second Deputy Chair of for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2016.
Stephen Catlin, XL Catlin Executive Deputy Chairman, remains ABIR chair through 2016.
