Neon, the specialist Lloyd’s insurer, has appointed Andrew Dougall to the newly created role of executive underwriter, head of Casualty.
Dougall joins Neon today, reporting to chief underwriting officer, Darren Lednor. Dougall will focus on enhancing Neon’s broker distribution and generating new business opportunities, classes and niche portfolios, the company said in a statement.
