Aon is partnering with Fixico to offer a fully-digital solution to handle car repairs for Aon’s fleet clients in Belgium.
Fixico offers a digital platform for car repair handling, which is directly connected to a wide network of selected high-quality repair shops in Belgium, explained Aon.
This proposition aims to boost driver satisfaction by radically reducing repair cycle time and costs, said Aon.
“As the front-runner in risk management and insurance brokerage, we always strive to offer our clients the most promising and innovative solutions available,” commented Al Pijnacker, managing director, Automotive-Marine-Affinity at Aon Belgium.
“Therefore, we have launched a pioneering digital claim handling proposition together with Fixico, a dynamic and fast-growing tech company. We are delighted to be the first to bring this innovative offering to the Belgian fleet market,” said Pijnacker.
“The repair handling space is on the verge of a radical transformation, fueled by digitization and innovation,” said Derk Roodhuyzen de Vries, CEO and co-founder of Netherlands-based Fixico.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the leading player in the fleet industry in Belgium,” he said, adding that Aon and Fixico share a commitment to improve the management of car damage repairs.
“Together, we can seamlessly connect high-quality repairers, claim handlers and fleet drivers and by harnessing the power of our digital platform, we can deliver great value to all parties involved,” he added.
Fixico’s online platform is used by car owners, insurers, fleet management and leasing companies to obtain, compare and select the best offers for car damage repairs. Fixico is currently active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and operates a network of 1,500 repair shops. Fixico said it has processed more than 150,000 damages to date.
