Independent Lloyd’s broker AFL Insurance Brokers Ltd. (AFL) has appointed of Julia Moretti as director – casualty, effective September 2018.
Moretti joins the AFL team from JLT Reinsurance Brokers Ltd., where she was partner and senior casualty producer in the facultative division. She has 18 years of market experience, including nine years at United Insurance Brokers Ltd.
“I am delighted Julia has joined AFL to support our growth in the Casualty space, where we are presenting a real alternative, independent choice for complex, multi-layered global risks,” said AFL Chairman Toby Esser.

AFL’s casualty practice focuses on client needs in fields including public and products / general liability; professional liability; product recall and guarantee; environmental liability; workers compensation; employers liability; personal accident and sickness, and clinical trials.
