    This is a win-win situation move by AIG. It wins by dumping potentially bad business, and wins again by supporting increased US sanctions against the TOP supporter of terrorism in the World. Life to America!

      Obviously, the single down vote on my post above is either a long-time adversary on these comment pages or a troubled Iranian terrorist. Oh, yeah; it could be an AIG hater, too. But, c’mon; who doesn’t love AIG?

      Validus adds volume, thus more stability and greater spread of corporate overhead. Hopefully for AIG and its stockholders, it’ll be profitable business in their intended usage of that op.
