Yawn. There are no enforcement mechanisms in the Paris Climate Accord, China and India are required to change nothing at all until 2030 (while their CO2 emissions explode higher every year), and Obama wouldn’t even submit the Paris Climate Accord to Congress for ratification – allowing Trump to ditch the unfair agreement.
“Landmark”? Only if you think a toothless fantasy that punishes the US while leaving other countries to spew greenhouse gases is special.
But leave it up to Insurance Journal to only print the Doom and Gloom stories of the Left.
