Hub International Ltd., the Chicago-based global insurance broker, announced it has acquired the assets of Kelliher Agencies, headquartered in Kelliher, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Kelliher Agencies is a full service, independent insurance brokerage that provides personal, commercial, farm and specialty products insurance. Its focus on the agribusiness industry supports Hub’s specialty practices by complementing and strengthening Hub’s existing capabilities. Craig Bolton, co-owner of Kelliher Agencies, will join HUB International Manitoba Ltd.
