Hub International Ltd., the Chicago-based global insurance brokerage, announced that it has acquired Cottenie and Gardner Inc., a Kamsack, Saskatchewan-based independent broker.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cottenie & Gardner provides personal and commercial insurance solutions, including in the government auto and farming sectors.
Co-owners Ted Gardner and Les Fedorak will be joining Hub International Manitoba Ltd.
