Canadian insurance broker Westland Insurance Group Ltd. has appointed Keri Fraser as its chief people officer (CPO), effective Nov. 12, 2019.
Fraser joins Westland from Colliers, where she was vice president Human Resources – North America, according to her LinkedIn profile. She spent the past 10 years working in a growth focused environment with a geographically dispersed workforce, said Westland in a statement. During her tenure with Colliers, a real estate company, Fraser worked on several acquisitions of varying sizes. She brings extensive knowledge of talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and employment branding from her previous roles.
In this new position, Fraser will develop people strategies in all areas of talent management aligned to our future growth and expansion plans. She will oversee the development of programs to ensure the company continues to attract, develop, and engage our people.
