It will be interesting to see how much ‘science’ is believed by the ‘science-believers’ when the regional specific models are available to carriers. Especially if the regional models indicate all of LA and San Fran are identified as extreme risk for wildfires. Suddenly, the ‘science-believers’ will not want to believe carriers need to exit those high risk area or increase premiums to reflect the risk.
