It would be great if the reporter or writer of this article put a little more into the “why”. I know it says they are similar to Met in that they wanted to “streamline” their Euro biz but…why? Are they losing money? Lawsuits headed their way? Troubles with regulators? Rates to soft and can’t be corrected?
