    Mr. Segal should be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. What he has done in extorting money from his trust account is grand larceny and he should be sentenced accordingly. The monies he extorted were fiduciary funds and no doubt has hurt a lot of people who had faith in him as a professional. He is a professional, but a professional CROOK.
