Columbus, Ohio-based financial and actuarial services firm Demotech Inc. announced that it has purchased the publishing and distribution rights to the 2004 and all future editions of CDS Performance of Title Insurance Companies.
The company purchased the publication from Corporate Development Services (CDS) and in May will publish the 2004 edition as Demotech Performance of Title Insurance Companies. Consistent with previous years, the publication will present key financial data and comparative financial ratios for each of the 87 underwriters included. The publication will also include market summaries and evaluations, organized by state and nationwide.
In addition, the 2004 edition of Demotech Performance of Title Insurance Companies will contain ratings for each covered underwriter. Starting in 2004, Demotech will offer quarterly industry updates electronically.
