Wisconsin-based Wausau Insurance has introduced Wausau Express, a new package policy for property and general liability that will streamline coverage and save money for retail businesses.
The Wausau Express package policy reportedly combines many tailored coverages into a single property and general liability policy form. The company said the retail package policy is the first in a series of industry-specific Wausau Express products that will cover several other targeted industries.
Standard coverage extensions built into Wausau Express include, but are
not limited to:
―Anchor store contingent business income;
―Limited tenants liability;
―Lock re-keying or replacement;
―New acquired or constructed property coverage extended to 180 days;
―Property in transit extended to property in salespersons care;
―Spoilage;
―Utility Services extended to off-premises.
Wausau is national property/casualty company, providing commercial auto, general liability, property, umbrella, workers’ compensation and other coverages. Wausau is a member of the Liberty Mutual Group, which ranks 116 on the Fortune 500 list.
