Extra! Extra! Rovebot Bushbot Christianists in Kansas feeding on their own and marching off the cliff! Even the facade in Kansas, with a population that has consistently voted against its own best economic interests for decades, is beginning to show cracks. And of course there is the usual whiff of Republican officeholder/lobbyist/campaign contributions corruption mentioned in the article. Republicans can\’t leave home without it!

Now, are we going to be allowed to refer to at least political \”Evolution\” in that state? I think we can mention the \”E\” word in schools again but not without considerable fear of future reprisal from the Kansas Christian school board mullahs. Can there really be moderates in that state? They\’ve probably already moved to a real state.

Did I get that right? A female elected official attacking one of the bases for her election–female suffrage because it damages the family? This is reflective of long discredited 19th century American thought. What an embarassment to us all! And did she do the best by and for her family as an elected official? Do as I say not as I do? How do you spell \”hypocrite?\”–probably \”hipnocrit\” in Kansas

I\’ll just tap those ruby slippers three times and say: \”There\’s no place like a State of Reason\” over and over again…and this bad nightmare of the last several years will disperse. But it won\’t bring back the dead or heal the maimed…

All this is what comes of an educational system turning out people with no critical thinking skills (\”can you say Dan \”Potatoe\” Quayle [a prototype Bush II from Bush I]–there I knew that you could.\” These educationally damaged people uncritcally follow things such as Kansas pop songs about people being mere \”dust in the wind.\” Sorry, but We are each Somebody! Repeat three times.

Once again, \”you don\’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.\” \”Go to your window, throw open the window, and shout, shout as loud as you can: \’I\’m tired as hell and I\’m not going to take it anymore.\’\” But this time really do something about it in November. It\’ll be a tortured and torturing future if you don\’t.

Homeland Security is a big deal but it does not consist of exhausting our entire military in the corrupt service of the greedy oil industry and the Saudi royal family. It begins at home. Iran and Hezbollah are walking all over us because we have all our eggs in the wrong basket and because we have no allies because we act like barbarians and without the least consideration for other worthy nations.

Finally, here is a a TOP Secret preview of post-November Bushbot orders for the coming two years: \”You vill all watch Fox News and when the signals are given by O\’Reilly, Hume and Hannity, you vill all march in unison and say: \”Reinstate the Draft! We need to invade Iran (pretext to be provided!)\”

    Have a great weekend.

I enjoyed your comments thoroughly. You missed your calling: you could be the required retort for talk radio and Fox! I am amazed how easily ignorance spreads now that the ignorant have a voice…. the good people of Kansas are a mystery to me but I see now there is a good the reason for their positions. Kansas is the boondocks of the US geograhically and as a result socially, educationally, economically and politically!
