Kansas City home-based Lockton Companies recenty announced it has expanded its Chicago employee benefits team with the addition of Nancy Daas as vice president and unit manager. She joins Lockton’s Chicago-based leadership team to support the firm’s significant growth.
Daas is responsible for the initiation and completion of employee benefit consulting services for Lockton’s large middle-market client organizations served from the Chicago office. Relying on 18 years of experience in the employee benefits field, she will play a key role in the growth and development of the service team, help ensure best-in-class service delivery, and be the lead consultant for many of Lockton’s largest clients, the company statement said.
Prior to joining Lockton, Daas was a principal consultant with Mercer Health & Benefits in Chicago. Her professional background also includes client service positions with MetLife, Rush Prudential and United Health Care.
