? what? if everytime someone claims to make a statement that they are going to kill someone in the prison, we have to seclude either the soon-to-be victim or the perpetrator? all this is going to do is make everyone have a room to theirselves. you can’t keep them from being together while in the yard during outdoors time. so what made this case so that it had to be settled out of court? what was the prison system hiding? something does not sound correctly.

How in the world are they ever going to collect? What a complete waste of court time this case was. No wonder I can’t get my frivolous law suit in front of a judge.

Actually, it said the prison system settled out of court, but that the federal judge ordered the $13M award from the inmate (of which mommy dearest will not see a cent, how can an inmate raise that kind of cashola?)

Hope none of you that think this is funny ever have a loved one go to prison.

Or maybe you yourself might end up in jail on a wrongful conviction, wouldn’t that be hilarious?

…I don’t see any posts here that would lead any reasonable person to think someone found some sort of humor in this story…

I’m sure the dead guy was wrongly convicted, just like all the other criminals in jails claim they arewrongly convicted.

Now all that needs to be done is to plant Corey Fox in the ground and we’ll be rid of 2 criminals.
