    why should it take a media outcry? afterall, if your in a place to create such legislation, why not generate? afterall, you have data from the other states to show the reason for doing such. to me, it means your trying to take the safety of your constiuents as a concern.

    make it ilegal for all drivers . they need to be paying attention to the road not the phone . talk at home or walk if you need to use your cell.

    i agree people are more focused talking than driving . ever watched myth busters . they did a study on who drives better drunks or people on their cell . and the drunks did better. not to say to legalize drunk driving. the point is it is dangerous

    funny how we talk about the use of cell phones, military has it that you can’t walk and talk on a cell phone! so you think the civilians have it bad, look again.
