John M. Huff, you did the right thing. On May 25th 2005 my car was struck while PARKED in front of my home by an illegal immigrant drunk driver, that these snakes insured. Â It took them EIGHT months to deny my claim because the drunk illegal had no license, at which point, they sought a judgement AGAINST ME for having filed a claim at all. Â According to them, processing the claims filed by myself, and the four other people she hit cost them $30,000.00 each, which they felt we were liable for. Â Needless to say they lost their claim against me, but the actually got default judgements against a few of the victims. People like this are what’s wrong with America.
