PGI Commercial, headquartered in New Jersey, has introduced a hospitality insurance program in Illinois on an admitted basis.
Coverage is provided by member companies of American Safety Insurance Group, which carry an “A” (Excellent) VIII rating by A.M. Best.
The facility is open to restaurants, bars, taverns and pubs on a package basis including property, general liability, liquor liability, crime and hired and non-owned automobile.
Property limits of up to $5 million are available. In addition, an enhancement endorsement has been specifically designed to include the ancillary coverages that are most important to the hospitality industry.
Mono-line liquor liability coverage can be offered for distributers, liquor stores, and special events.
PGI Commercial (PGIC) is part of the Bermuda based insurance distributor Primary Group Limited and manages property and casualty programs nationwide.
