The Ohio School Plan (OSP), a group that provides insurance and risk management solutions to Ohio public school entities and boards of developmental disabilities, approved the decision to include community colleges into their membership.
The OSP also has specialized risk management services and claim services designed specifically for educational entities. The acceptance of the community colleges into the OSP is effective immediately.
For eight years, and with more than $1,930,000 in members’ equity, the OSP has been able to provide innovative insurance solutions, consistent and competitive pricing and excellent service to its more than 260 members. They concentrate on long term member benefits and the OSP strategically aligns their interests with those of their members.
Hylant Administrative Services provides the day-to-day administration of the OSP and is the largest public entity program administrator in Ohio. They are a division of Hylant Group, one of the largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms in the country.
