Lockton Benefit Group, a unit of Kansas City, Mo.-based Lockton Companies, has added Orlando M. Neal as director of Pharmacy Analytics.
Neal brings more than 15 years of extensive experience in pharmacy analytics, actuarial services and risk management consulting to his new position.
Prior to joining Lockton, Neal served as the director of Pharmacy Analytics at Willis of Wisconsin where he performed pharmacy utilization studies and savings analysis, designed and measured the financial impact of plan changes, and assisted clients in understanding pharmacy cost drivers through analytics.
