St. Jacques to Lead IMA Energy Team in Wichita

IMA Inc. announced that Brian St. Jacques has joined the firm as leader of its oil and gas and alternative energy team in Wichita, Kan.

Brandon Coffee also joins IMA as a risk control specialist on St. Jacques’ team, and Geoff Baker will continue his role at IMA as a claims advocate, transitioning to the energy division.

IMA is a privately owned retail insurance broker with offices in Dallas, Denver, Kansas City and Wichita. IMA handles all aspects of the oil and gas industry and creates proprietary insurance and bond programs, as well as customized coverage forms and energy packages for domestic and international energy operations.

The Wichita energy team also currently includes Anita Cramer , Kay Dungan, Tammy Eischen, Dodie Heffel, Julie Hicks, Shani Hoebener, Pat Horning, Toni Kowalsku, Rebecca Lynn , David McKinner, Pat Reimer, Craig Schumacher, Ellen Schwindaman, Kristen Sisk, Russ Winn and Jennifer Young.

St. Jacques comes to IMA with more than 15 years of experience in insurance. He previously served as an energy sector leader for AIG based in Houston.

Coffee has worked with a variety of industries including construction, petroleum/propane marketers, auto dealerships, implement dealers, tire retreaders, redi-mix dealers, machine shops and funeral homes across several U.S. markets. He also holds an Associate Risk Management (ARM) designation.

Baker joined IMA in 2012 as a commercial claims manager. He has more than a decade of risk management experience and specializes in large deductible insurance programs, international insurance programs, contractual risk transfer and contract terms and negotiation.
