So my understanding then is for those of us who have manufactured homes are deemed not eligible. I think that is really sad. I have put every penny i have had into rebuilding my home paycheck to paycheck and now am hearing that my home is not as important as someone else’s. Yes, I am still angry. My home was not in the flood area either but i still have to pay to finish it…$70,000 later.
