Insurers to Illinois Lawmakers: Regulate Commercial Rideshare Insurance Coverage

    THANK YOU!!! Finally someone is doing something.
    Lyft and Uber (two of these TNCs, tell their drivers that they are putting them on insurance coverage BUT IF YOU READ their TOS Lyft: https://www.lyft.me/terms Uber: https://www.uber.com/legal THEY DONT COVER COLLISION. That means if the driver hasnt told their own provider that they are doing commercial transportation for people (which none of them have) they nullify that policy to cover anything that happens in the vehicle.

    Yet people still get in these vehicles, with these idiots and endanger not only their own insurance but the lives and insurance of everyone else on the road.
