ProHost USA, a Minneapolis, Minn.-based national program administrator specializing in restaurant insurance for 25 years, announced it is partnering with XL Group to provide packaged insurance coverages for fine dining and family restaurants.
The exposures faced by high-end restaurants include food-borne contamination, food spoilage, liquor liabilities, equipment breakdown, GL broadening endorsement, as well as backup of sewer and drain.
As a program administrator, ProHost USA provides property, general liability, boiler and machinery, and liquor liability and other insurance coverages to restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual family dining.
