Lockton has expanded its national employee benefits practice with the addition of Scott Behrens, J.D., as assistant vice president, compliance attorney in Lockton Benefit Group’s compliance services practice. He is based in Kansas City, Mo.
Behrens provides advice on ERISA and related employee benefits compliance issues to Lockton’s account service teams and their employee benefits clients.
Before joining Lockton, Behrens was an attorney for Husch Blackwell, where he consulted with clients of all types and sizes to implement and maintain legal compliance for their employee benefits, including both qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
