Insurance broker and consultant, NFP Corp., has acquired Schwartz Insurance Agency Inc. (SIA), located in the Chicago area.
SIA is a third-generation insurance broker specializing in commercial lines.
The firm joins NFP Property & Casualty’s Midwest region, where Michael L. Schwartz assumes the role of senior vice president and Joseph J. Schwartz of vice president, reporting to J. Spencer Miller, director, NFP Property & Casualty, Midwest.
