Atlanta, Ga.-based Risk Innovations LLC has acquired Columbia Commercial General Agency (CCGA), headquartered in Columbia, Mo. The deal was effective Aug. 1, 2015.
The acquired business will continue to operate in Columbia under the Risk Innovations name and management team.
Risk Innovations LLC operates as a wholesaleinsurance brokerage, working with retail agents throughout the country. The company specializes in workers’ compensation, high-value homeowners, and E&S personal lines products.
