Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), a network of nearly 100 independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Southern Illinois, recently added Lighthouse Insurance Agency as its newest alliance member.
Founded in 1987 by owner Steve Lacine, Lighthouse Insurance Agency specializes in personal service and features a variety of insurance products including home, auto, business, farm and life. The six-person family-owned and operated company is based in Tuscola, Ill.
Founded in 2006, VIAA is located in Clayton, Mo. The alliance generates more than $125 million in written premium and is the regional founding member in Missouri and Southern Illinois for the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA), a $5.7 billion national insurance coalition.
